Northstar Employee of the Month - Kathy Kelly This month, we proudly recognize Kathy Kelly for exemplifying our core value of persistence like few have in Northstar’s 20-year history! As we successfully go live with Operation Venture—our ERP/CRM upgrade and implementation—Kathy has been the driving force behind ensuring a seamless transition. Payroll was one of the biggest hurdles in this project, and Kathy tackled it head-on, running dual payroll systems for over a month to iron out every last detail. But persistence wasn’t the only core value she showcased—through early mornings, late nights, and a relentless commitment to getting it right,?Kathy also embodied quality, loyalty, and camaraderie, keeping the team moving forward and ensuring success for the entire company. As of the first week of March, we are officially LIVE on our new system! This milestone would not have been possible without Kathy’s dedication, and if we had a Northstar Medal of Honor, she would be at the top of the list! That said, this was a true team effort—a massive thank you to everyone who helped make this transition possible! From our field team to every department that worked through new workflows, adapted to change, and embraced learning—all while keeping up with their daily responsibilities—this was a company-wide success.
