Northstar Management Company is pleased to announce and welcome Price Branson as Project Manager. Price brings over six years of industry knowledge and experience in commercial construction, with an emphasis in estimating and project management. In his role as Project Manager, Price is responsible for supporting the project team with overall project budget and schedule tracking, construction administration, coordination of Owner direct purchases, occupancy/relocation planning and project close-out. Price will be based out of Arkansas and will primarily service Northstar’s clients in the Fort Smith and Little Rock regions.    Welcome to the team Price!  #TeamNorthstar

Northstar Management Company is pleased to announce and welcome Natalie Stranczek as Medical Equipment Specialist. Natalie is recent graduate from the University of Mississippi and brings two years of industry knowledge and experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In her role as a Medical Equipment Specialist, Natalie is responsible for managing the Medical Equipment and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) scope for healthcare construction projects throughout the planning, design, construction, and occupancy lifecycle. Tampa General Hospital broke ground on the new Taneja Surgical, Neuroscience & Transplant Tower on Monday evening.  Northstar team members, Michael Kappel, Jennifer Ott, and Denise LaChance were delighted to attend the event and celebrate this momentous achievement with the project team. Once constructed, the 13-story, 534,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will include 144 patient beds, 32 operating suites and additional capacity for the TGH Intensive Care Unit.  Congratulations to our partners at Tampa General Hospital on this significant milestone! Northstar is honored to serve as the Owner’s Representative and Medical Equipment Management team on this project.  

Congratulations to the Godfrey Fire Protection District on the completion of their new state-of-the-art Firehouse and Administrative Services Center. Northstar was honored to celebrate this significant milestone with Board of Trustees President, Gerard Fischer, Chief Eric Cranmer, and the Godfrey community at the ribbon cutting ceremony and open house this past weekend. Northstar Project Director, Donald Wojtkowski P.E., and Project Manager, Ryker Warmouth, proudly served as the Owner’s Representative/Project Management team on this great project, working alongside FGM Architects and Construction Manager, S. M. Wilson & Co..  Congratulations to all on this beautiful addition to the Godfrey Community!

Congratulations to Mercy and the amazing team at The Love Family Women’s Center at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City on this incredible milestone! A special thank you to Northstar team members, Perry Hirtz, Luke Rives and Kevin Thornton for your commitment and dedication to helping bring this project to fruition. Northstar is proud to serve as the Owner’s Representative/Project Manager on this significant project.  

The Northstar Team spent the afternoon assembling a play kitchen for the new Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis – Grove House, in St. Louis, MO! The play kitchen was fully funded by donations from Northstar team members as part of our “Northstar Gives Back” initiative.  The Northstar team is incredibly proud to give to this amazing organization, and we are honored to serve as the Owner’s Representative on this remarkable project!
