NorthStar is a working community of people with mental health challenges that focuses on social and vocational rehabilitation. Our unique program emphasizes strengths and talents over symptoms and disabilities. Our program mirrors a typical working day during which our members work alongside staff operate our non-profit. By working together, members regain confidence, learn new skills, and progress towards achieving their employment and education goals.
