Please be aware that there are bad actors posing as CDK support representatives who are contacting dealership personnel to gain remote access to their systems. ? ??CDK support is *NOT* contacting anyone at this point. ? DO NOT ALLOW anyone on your system without your IT or IS department. Please stay vigilant and notify support of any suspicious system behavior or if you accidentally click on something. ?If you notice or experience anything severe and you cannot contact any IT support, please notify your leadership immediately. My companies 24/7/365 Emergency incident response hotline is available, please see comments for more information. ?? Do not try to open CDK Drive; your 'always on' connection to CDK should be off; these are critical! ?? ??♀? Please note: There is no word on when CDK will be available. It takes a considerable amount of time to perform a full security audit, we assume they will be working 24/7 to bring systems online. We are providing updates to as soon as they become available. By now, it should be clear that manual processes are critical to business continuity. If you do not have any, DM me for a pack of ~20 different generic automotive forms for various department operations. We can do this; we are strong ??. CDK Announced a second wave of attacks last night. They have established an update hotline, see comments for update and numbers. This time they were able to disconnect their data centers. It is STILL my recommendation to disable your "always on" direct connection to them at the dealership. **If your dealership has been hacked as a result of this and you need advice or assistance, please reach out to me here, or through my companies incident response line in the comments. Update 11:40a: CDK had a small change with their message it went from saying they would be down for the day to saying they didn't know how long they would be down for and it could be days. There is supposed to be an update later today.

**Attention Auto Dealers** We have been tracking an expected nationwide outage with CDK Global since 5:30 this morning. CDK phones appear to be offline as well. I will post updates as they become available. EDIT: This appears to be a Cyber incident and not just related to the new ID system. We highly recommend users stay out of the system and shut down VPN's until the situation is clarified.
