We are needing to add to our team! NTRC is currently seeking a part time Fundraiser to help in continuing our mission of improving the lives of those with special needs throught equine assisted activities and therapies. Fundraising Manager (Part-time) The mission of Northland Therapeutic Riding Center is to improve the quality of life for persons with special needs through equine assisted activities and therapies. NTRC is looking for a part- time Fundraising Manager to aid in fulfilling this mission. Responsibilities - Fund Development: ? Ensure a robust and effective Fund Development program. Develop, promote, and oversee all fund development activities, including individual and corporate donor campaigns, as well as fundraiser events, foundation and grant requests, earned income, and social enterprise revenue streams. ? Nurture and strengthen donor relations. Serve as point of contact for all current and future donors. ? Research, write, and submit grant applications and fulfill reporting requirements for foundation and corporate funding. ? Ensure that accurate donor records are maintained. ? Ensure timely and appropriate donor application. ? Maintain the annual fund development calendar and ensure all fund development activities are occurring in a timely fashion. ? Routinely assess fund development goals and revise strategies as necessary. ? Work in conjunction with Board of Directors to develop and implement major giving efforts. ? Participate in all fundraising events. Marketing and Community Relations: ? Develop and execute a strategy for attracting new donors and supporters. ? Share in maintaining the NTRC social media accounts. ? Develop promotional flyers, letters, and brochures. Explore promotional opportunities in print and in other media. ? Lead tours of the NTRC facility as needed. ? Apply for grants from surrounding foundations, corporations, and other local groups. ? Assist with all fundraisers in conjunction with the Volunteer Coordinator. ? Connect with and grow individual donors. Requirements: Proven record of fundraising for non-profits.
