Location: Traveling throughout Northland Ag & Turf's territory in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. ?? Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers throughout our territory. This role requires extensive travel and a deep understanding of the tractor and compact construction equipment industry. If you love the outdoors and want to work where you can hunt, fish, and enjoy the outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity for you. ?? Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand territory market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. ?? Preferred Qualities for Success: Passion for the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the tractor or compact construction equipment industry. Strong knowledge of tractors and compact commercial equipment, including their features and benefits. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
