With support from the Borough of Oradell and the Division of Developmental Disabilities, this new space will allow us to expand our programs and services, fostering community integration and growth. Dinorah D’Auria, PsyD, CEO of North Jersey Friendship House, said: “This is without a doubt the continuation of many positive advancements for our services and the people we support. Our members and their families are counting on us to continue to deliver high-quality services and develop additional ones. Most importantly, we recognize our staff, the majority of whom are Direct Support Professionals, who assist our members every program day! At NJFH, this caregiving takes many forms—vocational training, outings in the community, graphic arts, and visiting job sites, to name a few. ??
