The Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD) is a multi-county planning and development organization. Mission Statement: The NKADD is a collaboration between local leaders and staff educating and empowering communities by implementing quality services through specific areas of expertise in Aging, Community Development, Human Services, and Workforce Development. Vision Statement: The NKADD shall be known as a collaborative leader whose impact advances the quality of life for our Northern Kentucky communities and the people who live in them.
