Staff Spotlight! Meet Liz Benson, one of NCI's Program Managers! Liz has been working for NCI for just under 4 years! Although it is hard for her to choose a favorite food, her current favorite meal is a smash burger with American cheese, caramelized onions, and big mac sauce, yum! When she is not working you can find her with a paintbrush in hand doing DIY projects somewhere at home. A fun fact about Liz is that she has moved 16 times in her lifetime, she says she is a pro at packing anything and everything.

Situated on the campus of North Dakota State University, in Fargo, North Dakota, USA, this unique facility is only minutes from the farm fields that yield much of the world's food.
