Northern is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest build-to-suit truck maintenance and dealership facility in New Lenox, IL for our client, Forge Truck Centers. Spanning 33,180 SF, this state-of-the-art development has tremendous visibility and frontage along I-80 and features 5,000 square feet of office space, parking for 200 tractor cabs, and nine drive through maintenance bays with a wash station and paint booth.
