#NETech Business & Industry Services had an incredible turnout for our recent session on the new Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements, now mandatory for LLCs and other entities. ???Debi Hood and the team at Professional Driven Solutions (PDS) led participants through a step-by-step guide to help them understand and complete the process with confidence. This reporting requirement plays a key role in preventing financial crimes by ensuring transparency about business owners and decision-makers.
