The UNMATCHED DEDICATION AWARD was presented to All Star DSP, Andre Dusabirane. Andre is a wonderful addition to the NRS team. Beginning in April 2023, he has worked across multiple programs with a willingness to serve where he is needed, as well as to face new challenges selflessly. Andre provides high-quality support to multiple individuals with unique needs, while also building a strong team approach in all the programs he supports. Andre is caring, polite and enters our programs with an open mind, learning every day and demonstrating his best for the individuals we serve. Here's to many more years with Andre on our team.

A message from Chris Call, President of NRS, regarding DSP Week 2024: "Having worked in this industry for the bulk of my career, DSP week holds a special place in my heart. At NRS we strive to acknowledge the value DSP's provide to both our company and those we serve, throughout the year. However, we know we can do more. DSP week provides us, and companies throughout Maine, with the opportunity to focus on and elevate public awareness of the people who so selflessly take on such great responsibility.
