The Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette Is excited to promote the first of two opportunities made possible by North Central Health Services: the 2025 Nonprofit Executive Coaching Program. One participant said of their experience last year: "What a privilege it was to be part of the coaching cohort. I am a better leader and a better human as a result of my time with coaching, training, and ongoing conversation with fellow Greater Lafayette nonprofit peers. The whole experience was rich." 100% of past participants noted that they valued conversations with their coach, that the topics are applicable to their day-to-day work, and their involvement has improved their ability to lead their organizations. Applications are due by December 12, at 12pm. Reach out to Gretchen at [email protected] for more information today! Thanks to Duke Energy Corporation and United Way of Greater Lafayette for their support of this program as well!

I had the distinct pleasure of representing North Central Health Services Inc. at the 2024 Purdue University Health Equity Summit. It was not just an opportunity to share our work but also a profound learning experience. Engaging with thought leaders like former NIH Director Francis Collins, MD, Ph.D. and Jerome Adams, MD, MPH, and change-makers dedicated to health equity was truly inspiring. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn about the incredible community collaborations taking shape across the state of Indiana. These efforts underscore the power of unity and shared purpose in addressing health disparities. As we look to the future, North Central Health Services is delighted about our 4 year/$4M partnership with Purdue University Health Equity Initiatives. This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to making a tangible impact in our 8-county area through our academic-community partnership to support county health departments and coalitions. Together, I believe we can create lasting change and improve health outcomes for communities in need. Thank you to everyone involved in the Purdue University Health Equity Summit for your dedication and hard work. Let's continue to push boundaries, forge new alliances, and work towards a healthier, more equitable Indiana for all. #HealthEquity #CommunityCollaboration #PurdueUniversity #NorthCentralHealthServices #PublicHealth Health Equity Initiatives at Purdue University
