The North Carolina Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the North Carolina Bar Association. Through the North Carolina Bar Foundation, North Carolina attorneys support a philanthropic culture of giving by volunteering their time and making monetary donations in support of law-related public service and pro bono programs and activities. The North Carolina Bar Foundation’s Endowment provides grants to organizations and projects in North Carolina that are engaged in law-related education, access to justice, and pro bono service activities.

I’m thankful to the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) for leading this 4ALL Day of Service program, to my lawfirm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC for backing my participation, and to WSOC-TV Eyewitness News for hosting the Charlotte volunteer attorneys that gave freely of their time to make this important day a success. Our help today made a real difference! Charlotte-area attorneys answered 3,184 calls from the public, and with 437 volunteers across the state, we collectively answered 7,063 calls - what a beautiful day of service! ?? #4ALLNCBF #WSOC Also, great seeing fellow volunteers Harrison Lord, Jeremy Sugg, and Larissa Ma?ón Mervin.

Today was my first time volunteering for the North Carolina Bar Foundation’s 4All-Lawyers On Call pro bono event in Charlotte and there were no dull moments! WSOC-TV Eyewitness News even interviewed me in English AND Spanish. Good thing I’m taking improv classes. There’s still time to call in.
