Now accepting applications for our Summer 2025 Internship! NorthBridge is seeking candidates anywhere from incoming college freshman to a graduate school student to be an integral member of its real estate team. No prior commercial real estate experience is required or necessarily preferred. The primary responsibilities of the role include completing special projects and research assignments for the firm. The position will provide exposure to many aspects of the commercial real estate business including acquisitions underwriting, asset management, legal, fundraising, and leasing. The ideal candidate is looking for a fast-paced environment with an opportunity to gain a foundation of experience to propel a career in commercial real estate. As such, candidates should be self-motivated, work effectively in teams, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent responsibilities. #CommercialRealEstate #Internship
