This case study shares how NorthAmCon, LLC resolved an appliance manufacturer's challenges to enhance worker safety, reduce product handling, and optimize the assembly footprint. These improvements directly reduced waste, downtime, rework, and potential accidents. ? Designed a narrow width, dual tier zero pressure accumulation conveyor system to handle fourteen products upright. ? Implemented a dual tier construction to allow more accumulation in a smaller footprint. ? Created a narrow conveyor lane to transport products upright, minimizing space requirements for the assembly line. ?
