It's always a great day when the precast crane arrives on site for assembly. We are on course for precast erection starting on time early next week on the WPB Garage in Newport, KY. The garage is phase 1 of 3 different projects which also includes a new 7 story, 207 room dual brand hotel as well as a retail/apartment component.

At our WPB Garage project in Newport, KY we are complete with footers, foundations and pile/lagging. Precast wall panels will start at end of February Coreslab Structures TWC Concrete Construction This is phase I of a 3 phase project that will also include a 207 room 7-story dual brand hotel and retail/apartments. With the WPB Garage (Phase I) underway, we will be putting out phase II in the next few weeks. The dual brand H2S/Tru will be 129,000 SF, 7-story, 207 rooms with a rooftop feature. This project is slated to begin construction in Jan 25' and complete by Jan 27'. If you are interested in bidding on this phase, please reach out to our preconstruction team.
