We’re excited to share a look at our new Somerville location! In the last few months, eight innovative companies have made Hatch.Bio Labs their home, advancing research in areas such as cancer and rare disease therapies, AI-driven drug discovery, biomedical engineering, diagnostics, and synthetic biology. A big thank-you to North River Company, J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Lincoln Property Company, and Gensler for bringing this space to life. The new Hatch.Bio Labs platform has been designed from the ground-up to reduce operational barriers for innovative biotechnology and life sciences companies—integrating premium laboratory spaces with vivarium access, core facilities, and modern office environments, all within a comprehensive operational framework. Our new Somerville location includes private laboratory suites, co-located vivarium facilities managed by Charles River Laboratories and access to advanced core equipment at the The ADA Forsyth Institute. That's a wrap - North Bay NEXT 2024 is in the books and it was our best gathering yet. The conference brought together over 330 leaders from the Marin + Sonoma startup community.
