North Risk University was established to provide new team members with a strong foundation to support (or build)?their insurance careers. In the School of Commercial Lines, new #oneTEAM members undergo a 12 to 16-month mentorship program where they learn the basics of insurance coverages and service standards, with the goal of preparing and setting them up for success in their careers. So far this year, eight #oneTEAM members have completed the North Risk University program!
