? It was an absolute honor to partner with Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce's 105th Annual Dinner as a Mocktail Sponsor in celebrating a night of community, connection, and this year's "Off to the Races" theme ?? Our team had a blast coming up with the "Derby Rose" — a refreshing, vibrant, and spirits-free mixture of pink lemonade, club soda, fresh lemon, and strawberries ???? Creative drinks like this are a great (and increasingly popular) way of enjoying the fun & flavor of an evening out, without feeling excluded or pressured to drink! Know that's it's okay to switch things up when it comes to your relationship with alcohol ?? To learn more, check out our blog: bit.ly/NRBH_ao

Yesterday we had another stellar interview with KFKA Good Morning NoCo — featuring Katie & Megan from the Marketing/Community Outreach Team talking about the benefits of continuing to try new things as we get older, how to get past the fear of being a rookie, and ideas for where to start locally! ?? For Brian, it's eating a radish for the first time or getting his grandson involved in activities. ?? For Tanner, it's rearranging the living room or playing pickleball. ?? For Katie, it's branching out and attending an a true crime mystery dinner. ?? For Megan, it's getting back into retro gaming and starting to birdwatch. And for everyone: trying new things is all about switching it up & finding joy while connecting with yourself, others, and our world ?? ? Check out the full interview at: bit.ly/GM_nt

North Range is so grateful and proud to have represented Weld County as a part of Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council's Day at the Capitol in Denver last week! ??? ? Having accessible mental health and substance use services is always top-of-mind for us in our dedication and commitment to supporting our community. As a comprehensive safety net provider, we value this annual opportunity to connect with district legislators, advocate for behavioral health care, and champion policies that strengthen and support local networks/care systems. Thank you to our state senators and representatives in our work together to find solutions toward overall community health/wellness! ??

Black History Month is a time for recognizing the extraordinary contributions, feats, and perseverance of Black Americans – where we celebrate the wonders of Black culture that are sources of strength, support, and inspiration. One meaningful way we can honor this month is by taking steps toward increasing awareness of and educating ourselves on the many intersections of mental health in the Black community.
