Last week ICN Leaders and Pastors from all over the world had an opportunity to connect and learn from each other in Dallas, Texas. Jeff Jones and the lovely staff at Chase Oaks Church were incredible hosts as we worshiped together, were challenged by some amazing thought leaders, and bonded over food, fun, and deep conversation. Yesterday was a full day of amazing speakers and insightful discussion. We heard from Steve Cuss on managing anxiety, Scott Cormode about being an agile leader in a changing world, Michael Wear about navigating as a church leader, and Jeff Jones (pastor of Chase Oaks where we are gathering) who shared the mission and vision of Chase Oaks. We ended the night gathered together at the famous Gilleys for some good food and fun. Waking up this morning to the last day of LPG 2024!

We kicked off our Lead Pastor Gathering last night with this incredible group of leaders. We look forward to the next couple of days of learning and growing together. So grateful this group has found their tribe!
