North Helpline

For many of our community partners, this is a familiar space! The GLA Day Center is not only a home-like space where clients can do their laundry, have a cup of coffee (lots of coffee!), mail services and personal storage, but a host to the many, many community partners who work tirelessly to support people in accessing shelter, housing, healthcare and other basic needs. For 300-400 individuals who regularly share space with us each month, our GLA Day Center in conjunction with our partners is a thriving example of how a community can collaborate and combine service delivery to create meaningful impact and solutions. We are grateful to our many partners including but not limited to: Seattle University College of Nursing, University Heights Center, AURORA COMMONS, North Helpline, International Community Health Services, Hunger Intervention Program, and King County Regional Homelessness Authority.

The primary responsibility is to implement development strategies by evaluating and identifying fundraising streams, opportunities for stewardship, and building relationships with community partners. We're #hiring an Interim Client Services Manager in Seattle, WA! This position will be from 10/1/24-3/29/25. The primary responsibility is to welcoming and safe environment. 15 years of community meals is a wonderful thing. This March, we gathered with over 350 of our neighbors for a local meal, handcrafted bowls, exciting raffles, and groovy music.
