Honoring 25 Years: A Milestone of Empowerment At NCSU's McKimmon Center, where dreams take flight, We celebrate twenty-five years, a guiding light The North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals stands tall, Championing education, answering the call. Fifteen thousand students, paths aligned, Through NCSHP summits rich with knowledge, their futures defined. Keynote voices echoing aspirations high, Workshops and exhibits beneath our shared sky. To lead this mission is a profound grace, As President, I cherish this honored place. Continuing the legacy that Marco and Susan Zarate began, Their vision guiding every action and plan. Today, with over seven hundred students strong, We celebrate the place where they belong. Tears of pride reflect our journey's length, In unity, we've discovered our strength. Celebrating today, a milestone achieved, A testament to all who dared and believed.
