What a successful inaugural APP Breakout session! During our time together, we engaged in valuable small-group discussions focused on chronic liver disease care. APPs from across the state had the opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and gain new insights on best practices for managing patients with decompensated liver disease. The collaborative exchange highlighted practical strategies, challenges, and innovative approaches to improving patient outcomes. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this meaningful conversation—we look forward to more sessions like this in the future!
