Every fall, we reach out to our members for input on the legislation that our profession needs to pursue. In 2025, we recognize that there are pressing issues that require our attention: PBM Reform, Test & Treat, Payment for Pharmacist-Provided Patient Care Services, and Modernizing Collaborative Care. Additionally, we are exploring legislation that would allow pharmacists to prescribe buprenorphine and improve reimbursement for medications used to treat opioid addiction and prevent opioid overdose. What other issues would you like the Association to address in legislation for 2025? Please contact our Executive Director, Penny Shelton, at [email protected] or call (984)439-1649 to share your thoughts. #NCAP #NCPharmacists #NCPharmacy #PharmacyLegislation
