Collaboration with Inside Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales team, R&D and marketing to align strategies and drive customer engagement Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success. · Strong relationship-building and communication skills. · Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus). · Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. · Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. · Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
