Over the last 14 days, I co-lead a delegation of western agribusinesses to South Korea for a trade mission, was nominated for the 20 under 40 award in Reno/Sparks, represented the NDA at NASDA’s Tri National Accord discussing trade policy issues with our northern and southern partners in DC, and finally had the opportunity to lead a panel discussion to a group of students on communicating trade policy issues in South Dakota. Last week, Director JJ Goicoechea and I represented the Nevada Department of Agriculture at the NASDA - National Association of State Departments of Agriculture annual meeting in Indianapolis discussing policy priorities that affect all sectors of Nevada agriculture and presented him a certificate of recognition for #Nevada being selected as this years North American Agricultural Marketing Officials (NAAMO) Marketing Excellence recipient!
