Established in 1892, the Norfolk SPCA is one of the oldest animal welfare organizations in the country. Our mission is to reduce the need in our community for the sheltering of companion animals and to provide the highest quality of care and adoptions when sheltering animals is necessary. The Norfolk SPCA has two affordable veterinary clinics open to the public.
