Throughout June, our teams celebrated Pride month with the Organization for Pride and Equality at Nordson (OPEN), an employee resource group that aims to empower employees to be their most authentic selves at work, promote allyship and inclusivity, and grow personally and professionally. Our teams in Dayton and Northeast Ohio had a once-in-a-lifetime experience of viewing the total solar eclipse – the first time in Ohio in over 200 years! We celebrated with eclipse-themed goodie bags and partnered with the Lake Erie Crushers for their Lights Out in the Land event, where employees volunteered to help participants decorate Lego glasses, assemble STEAM-based activity kits and engage with our community.?
