Congratulations to the winners of Copenhagen Business School’s Invitational Case Competition for 2025! ?? This week, Nordea had the privilege of being the featured case company in this prestigious annual competition. Twelve elite teams, selected from business schools around the world, went head-to-head to tackle a complex business challenge. The task? To develop a strategy for Nordea to attract and retain clients in the exclusive ultra-high-net-worth customer segment. After an intense 24-hour case-solving period, teams presented their solutions. The top three finalists then advanced to the grand finale, pitching their strategies to a panel of business leaders, including Nordea executives. We’re proud of all participants for their exceptional effort and creativity. And special congratulations to the winning team from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Lars Fischer, Head of Investment Banking & Equities at Nordea and a jury member, shared his thoughts: “What an honour to be part of this year’s competition. It’s been inspiring to see these bright young minds take on our real-world case with such enthusiasm and skill. They really demonstrated the kind of innovative thinking that we value at Nordea.” Benjamin Carter, a student on the winning team who also won the award for best individual presenter, said: “The CBS Case Competition represented a lifetime opportunity. The Nordea case was really dynamic, fast-moving and reflected Nordic values.
