Happy Internation Day of the Seal Anyone who knows Antje knows that she loves the sea and has loved these cute animals since she first went diving with seals in Argentina. As humans are disturbing the habitat of these animals by polluting the waters with plastic, among other things, we want to give something back. As it takes about eight weeks before the seal can be released back into the sea, we are sponsoring seals continuously.

Happy International Women’s Day 2025! International Women's Day (IWD) (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group, or organization specific. IWD 2025 campaign theme is “Accelerate Action”. We strike the Accelerate Action pose as we step forward to show solidarity for International Women’s Day and beyond. Focusing on the need to Accelerate Action emphasizes the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres. So, together, let's Accelerate Action and speed up the rate of progress worldwide. Why is International Women’s Day important to us? We would like to pay respect, esteem, and honor to the women who have fought for so many things that make our lives easier today, such as the right to vote, to study, to lead a self-determined life, and which we perhaps often take for granted. Happy Equal Pay Day 2025! What is Equal Pay Day? March 7, 2025, was Equal Pay Day. This symbolically marks the gender pay gap, which amounted to 18% in Germany in 2023. The figures for 2024 have now been published and the gender pay gap has fallen - to 16%. This is very good news for equal pay.
