Last week in Holly Springs, GA, we had a great ribbon cutting ceremony where we were welcomed into the community, and celebrated the completion of our class A climate-controlled facility. We are honored to be serving the citizens of Cherokee county. We finally got the C/O on the first portion of this project! It took longer than we hoped/expected, but we're finally there and the remainder of the project should C/O within the next few months. Extra Space Storage will be managing this asset for us and I think it will do really well. Hats off to Dustin Norris and his team at Norco for all of their hard work and the delivery of another great project.
