We celebrated the completion of this medical office building and surgery center with all the amazing partners, owners, and tenants! We're so grateful for everyone who made this project a success, including Vive Vascular, Optum Family Practice, Trillium Surgery Center, Foot and Ankle Specialists of Central Ohio, and Ohio Ophthalmology! Special thanks to Mayor Laurie Jadwin for joining us and speaking at our official ribbon-cutting! TJ Maxx is joined by Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, Rack Room Shoes, America's Best, and more. Athens is even more special to me as it's the first time in my career where we have opened two new developments on the same day. And ribbon cuttings are the most fulfilling days when you get to see first hand the importance and positive impact of your labor in the community.
