Noogavision Theatre and Performing Arts is a non-profit (501c3) semi-professional community theater based in Chattanooga Tn. Our mission: To empower communities throught the arts. Our vision: To reshape the landscape of arts in education in underserved communities, to connect and provide arts in mental health for underrespresented people, and to represent local artists in advancing equity in the arts in conjuction to ensuring professional development and fair and equitable wages for artist works.
