Thank you JASON HUGHES and ArtServe, Inc. for hosting our Annual Gratitude meeting. It was great to see so many Nonprofit Executive Alliance members from Broward and Miami Dade join us this morning to share a simple message of #gratitude. Together we clapped, we cheered, we laughed and we even got choked up at times. We got to share and listen to our colleagues share their biggest #success of the year. We didn't have a theme going into the morning but I know everyone took away the importance of #family. As #nonprofitleaders sometimes it's hard to find that #worklifebalance people are always talking about. Today was a great reminder that no matter how important our mission is, no matter how integral we are to the organization, we all have to make family the top priority. Congratulations to Nonprofit Executive Alliance member Newton B. Sanon and his team at OIC of South Florida for a successful Middle Class Summit! NEA members were out in full force, in the audience and up on stage. Collaboration at its best! On Day 1 esteemed member Kathleen Cannon from United Way of Broward County moderated a great panel with NEA Executive Director Sandra Veszi Einhorn, CNP as well as Renee Jaffe from the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County and Henri Crockett from the The Crockett Foundation. Attendees also got to hear from our favorite HR expert and NEA Preferred Consultant Ivelices Thomas from HR & Beyond. Together we can achieve bigger and better, more effective and efficient systems of care that eliminate barriers to those who need support and assistance!
