We are proud to announce that the Bistro's own executive chef, Daniel Horn, has taken on a new role as regional culinary director for Nomada!? ? Before joining the team at Granada in April, Daniel’s impressive culinary career has taken him from his home state of California all the way to Cambodia. Most notably, Daniel spent years at various Aman Resorts throughout the globe, holding roles like Sous Chef at Amangiri's Southwest-style restaurant in Utah and Amanyara in Turks & Caicos; and Executive Chef at Amansara in Siem Reap. ? ? Now, as culinary director, Daniel will lead the development of all menus across the portfolio, which also includes Norman at Skyview Los Alamos, CA, and River Lodge Paso's Ciao Papi. Nomada guests across the Central Coast are truly in for a treat. ? ? Our Q&A with Daniel is now live on the Nomada journal: https://lnkd.in/gkwYRyte Read more about his influences + inspirations, and then come taste and see what Chef Daniel brings to the table for yourself.

"Why We're Excited: The River Lodge is not just a great hotel, but a great story, too. This historic motor lodge—a prime example of California’s Googie architecture movement—had sat abandoned for years and was slated for demolition before the San Luis Obispo-based Nomada Hotel Group swooped in."? ? "They gut-renovated the property, bringing it into the 21st century while preserving its original look. The River Lodge’s new chapter features all the modern amenities that travelers love..."?
