POV: ESTABLISHING SOPs We are constantly working on ways to better operate for our clients & employees. This includes establishing effective standard operating procedures internally to ensure every team member would know how to complete one another's tasks if need be. SOPs take long to establish, this is why finishing one is a victory in and of itself.

HOW TO MAKE HYBRID WORK, WORK ↓ Hybrid work has become very common, especially in the marketing industry. Hybrid work has done nothing but increase productivity & autonomy within our team so we want to share some of our tricks. → Monday & Friday are always work from home (cause no one wants to come in on those days and that's OK) → We host a Weekly Battle Plan every Monday morning that focuses on action items, not simply "updating" the team on projects. → We then have a short stand-up meeting on Wednesday afternoon to if anyone needs support. → Slack & Monday are our main modes of communication. → We encourage time blocking our weeks so we can focus. → It's part of our culture to ask, "Where does this fall in priority?" so it doesn't seem like everything is urgent. → We always have our office available in case people need a quiet place to work. Shoutout @flourishwestchester. → Be honest about your limits and plan accordingly. A crucial skill to develop when working from home is being able to differentiate work life from home life. To be a highly functioning team we must not allow hustle culture to blur the line in between or it will wear us thin.
