The plant-based market is witnessing extensive growth, but there is a challenge in meeting the demand for high-performing plant protein ingredients. Products like egg replacers and protein beverages require highly functional plant proteins, which are currently in low supply and expensive to produce. This situation necessitates a technological shift. NOLA Protein Ingredients involves the transformation of an abundant and cost-effective raw material, rapeseed, into a valuable, highly functional protein ingredient using our patent-pending process. Traditionally, rapeseed has primarily been processed into oil, offering a low-profit margin. However, our innovative process will convert this inexpensive and abundant raw material into both a high-value protein ingredient with a high-profit margin and oil with a lower profit margin. This transformation represents a significant value proposition in the market.
