We had a blast bringing two iconic Texas brands together to celebrate Summer Grilling Season. We were thrilled to host a small group of students from West Texas A&M University while they were in Round Rock last week for the Southwest Meat Association 68th Annual Convention & Suppliers’ Showcase. It was a pleasure to give them a tour of the Goodstock by Nolan Ryan butcher shop and share our passion and insights about the meat industry. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and eagerness to learn were an inspiration. With these young men and women leading the way, the future is bright. Thanks to WT for letting us spend the afternoon with some of your best students, and for your commitment to the future of our industry! ??

That’s a wrap for the 2024 Texas Restaurant Association Show! We had a great time in San Antonio talking Texas beef with restauranteurs and industry professionals from all around the Lone Star state. Special thanks to our friends and partners at Tacodeli, Tin Top Burgers & Beer, and SLAB BBQ & BEER for cooking up our samples for this show to give everyone a taste of Goodstock by Nolan Ryan beef. This past weekend we had a front row seat for Meat Fight, Inc.'s annual Burger Fight fundraiser. We’re proud to support this great cause, and we had a great time tasting the delicious bites from participating restaurants and enjoying the action inside (and outside) the ring.

To observe National Police Week, the Goodstock team did what we do best: we fired up the grill and threw a thank you lunch for the amazing men and women of the City of Round Rock Police Department. It was our little way of letting them know how much we appreciate everything they do for us, and the community, day in and day out. Thanks to our neighbors and partners who pitched in to make this happen: Smokey Denmark's Sausage Company for the great hot dogs, Slow Dough Bread Co. for the perfect buns, Summer Moon Coffee for the smooth cold brew coffee, and R Bank Texas for bringing the grilling skills!
