Dear Network, I am thrilled to share that I recently completed a Summer Internship with NOLA Gold, a leading team in the USA Major League Rugby based in New Orleans, LA. Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to: -Assist the Marketing Director in creating engaging content for traditional and social media platforms. -Track and support current and future marketing and sales campaigns as we approached the 2024 playoffs. -Collaborate with the Sponsorship Director to develop innovative VIP packages. -Assist in strategic meetings for the upcoming season, contributing to future planning and decision-making. -Participate in the community outreach program, strengthening local ties. -Support game day operations, ensuring a smooth and successful match day experience. This experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of how marketing, sales, finance, and operations intersect to drive success in a growing sports franchise. I gained invaluable insights into growing and managing a sports franchise in an expanding market. Super appreciative for this opportunity to confirm my choice to pursue a finance focused business career within professional sports. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire NOLA Gold Rugby team and the front office: Morgan Falcon, Brylee Brown, Gabriel Massey, Alec Miller, Brendan Scripter, Nicholas Bikah, Ryan Silva,Jared Ladmirault, Nicholas Colling and Thierry DAUPIN for this incredible opportunity.
