Boston-area biotech Nocion Therapeutics, Inc. has raised $62 million to bring its capsule-based inhaler toward Phase III testing, CEO Rick Batycky told Endpoints News. The startup is attempting to treat chronic cough, a condition that lasts at least eight weeks and has become more stigmatized as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. "It can make you feel like a social outcast,” said Julie Grant, a general partner at Nocion investor Canaan Partners.
