The North Oakland County Board of REALTORS? was established in 1921 when a small group of real estate brokers joined forces to form the Pontiac Real Estate Board. In 1971, the name was changed to the Pontiac Area Board of REALTORS? with an ever-growing membership. Today, the North Oakland County Board of REALTORS? boasts a membership of over 4,700 members! The purpose of the North Oakland County Board of Realtors? is to enhance the ability and opportunity of its members to conduct their business successfully and ethically, and to promote the preservation of the right to own, transfer and use real property.
