Nobu Hospitality debuts in the Netherlands: Nobu Luxury Residences and Nobu Restaurant Amsterdam Amsterdam is a dynamic European location for Nobu, with its vibrant culinary scene, cultural landscape and understated approach to luxury. We are delighted to be partnering with Breevast to bring Nobu Luxury Residences and restaurant to Amsterdam Set within two striking towers, Nobu Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam will feature both branded private residences for purchase and serviced luxury residences available for extended stays. Residents will have exclusive access to a Nobu restaurant, in-residence dining, state-of-the-art wellness center. Since 2023 when the first Nobu Residence opened in Los Cabos, followed by Nobu Residences Toronto , the Nobu Branded Residence portfolio has expanded to 18 properties worldwide , including both active and under construction. Nobu Residences The concept of a branded residence was conceived in the late 1920s, however, the sector did not truly emerge as a subset for the residential market until the 1980s. Nobu is now emerging with a compelling value proposition for offering both hotel and non-hotel residences. In 2023, Nobu Hospitality marked the grand openings of Nobu Residences Los Cabos and Toronto, alongside the progress on additional projects worldwide. Remarkably, Nobu Residences Toronto achieved a significant milestone by selling out within just three months of its launch, at record sales prices setting a new standard for residential excellence in Toronto. In addition, Nobu made history in the UAE by selling the most expensive apartment ever in Abu Dhabi Today Nobu is currently in the process of developing branded residential schemes in more than twenty countries. Nobu Bangkok officially opened its doors at the iconic Empire Tower with a traditional sake ceremony, symbolizing good fortune and the start of an exciting new chapter.
