Key Responsibilities: *Drive key client metrics, including Client Satisfaction (CSAT), On-Time Delivery, Client Response Time, and Team Efficiency. *Focus on client retention and account expansion as top priorities for the PM Department. *Collaborate with the Creative Director and PM team lead to define scope, timelines, and estimates for projects. *Communicate project status, timing, risks, and action items effectively to both internal teams and clients. *Manage project scope and budget to ensure alignment with client expectations. *Oversee quality assurance reviews to maintain the highest standards in deliverables. *Anticipate resource needs and project requirements, adapting to daily changes. *Organize and prioritize tasks for the design team to ensure timely responses to clients. *Ensure accurate time tracking across all team members, projects, and clients. *Maintain accuracy and effectiveness in our Asana project management tool. *Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their workflows and design needs. *Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our internal processes for greater efficiency. ?? This role involves reviewing design deliverables, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring that all outputs meet the established brief and client expectations.
