Noble Family, Clients, Subcontractors and Friends, ? It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of our beloved Mr. Timothy J. Murphy. He passed away on December 31st, 2024, peacefully with his family by his side.? As many of you know, Tim was a special person in our work lives, as well as, personally for so many.? He was a mentor, a teacher, a leader, a sounding board and so much more to all of us.? Tim was a driving force behind so many of the successes for us here at Noble and we thank him for his dedication to our company, co-workers, clients and subcontractors.? He was Noble, by his actions and words.? He was always there for so many of us at a moment’s notice to provide advice and clarity on any issue that arose on the jobs, in the office, or in our personal lives.? He was dedicated to our success. Whether it was his infamous box schedule, proper schedule of values, project sequencing or any project or personal issues, he was there.? Throughout his career he touched so many people, and it is was his team approach that separated him from all the others.? He was selfless in his actions and words, always providing guidance that ensured success.? He was a guiding light to the upcoming and new people in our industry.? While he was always serious about our success and our project teams, he also had a sense of humor that was unmatched and had a saying for any situation.? ? Our family thanks you all for the love and support, and his memory will be long lasting with all of us.? May he rest in peace.

This past week, we reached a significant milestone with the topping out of 55 Willoughby Street in Downtown Brooklyn. After two and a half years of hard work, this project—with its bold cantilever design and structural complexities—now stands as a striking addition to the city skyline. It has truly been one of my favorite projects to work on, and I’m incredibly proud to have been part of this journey. A heartfelt congratulations to the ownership, the design team, the general contractor, and all the contractors and subcontractors who dedicated their time and expertise to bring this vision to life. This achievement is a true testament to the power of collaboration, commitment, and teamwork. Here’s to the successful completion ahead! Last week, 55 Willoughby in Brooklyn celebrated a significant milestone with the topping-off ceremony of our 43-story, 296-unit multifamily project. ? The project, designed by Colberg Architecture, will offer a variety of studio, one, and two-bedroom units as well as top-tier amenities including a state-of-the-art gym/yoga studio, stylish lounge and co-working space, rooftop terrace and deck with stunning views, media room, bike storage and approximately 3,500 SF of retail space currently available for lease. ? 55 WIlloughby is slated for completion in late 2025, and we’re excited to see the positive impact it will have on the Brooklyn community and its new residents. ?
