Reflecting on the remarkable 27-year journey since founding Noble Royalties, Inc. in 1997, I am deeply grateful to the dedicated employees who have contributed to our culture, company, and clients over the years. At Noble Royalties, we've strived to pioneer the minerals and royalties space, transforming it into a credible and sustainable investment strategy, free from the typical risks associated with drilling wells. It's humbling to see this space grow to over $15 billion. Looking back, we've invested $2.1 billion, distributed over $3.3 billion, and currently manage the remaining NRI $1.4 billion legacy assets. Amazing that these assets encompass over 90,000 producing wells on 9,000,000+ acres in the USA. Our commitment to maintaining the gold standard in acquiring and managing minerals remains steadfast. I'm excited to continue pushing forward with our mission. Cheers to another 27 years (I'll be 88 yrs young then)! Warm regards, Scott
