Founded in 2000, Noble began as a local, woman-owned family business pursuing accuracy and uniformity of difficult-to-mold plastic parts. Hard to find in the Gulf Coast region, we sought to change the process by utilizing a scientific approach and consistently introducing innovative technologies. Our manufacturing services have been implemented in the energy sector, consumer, automotive, and defense industries for over 20 years. Keeping the festival spirit going, it’s time to celebrate another of our fantastic Team Members! If you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Sandy, we’re here to fix that. Sandy joined our team in 2015, celebrating 10 years with the company later this year! Starting as an inside sales team member, 4 years ago Sandy became our Supply Chain Manager. “I love production… I like the quick pace and y’know, obstacles that come up and having to solve them; I like that environment.” When asking about how Sandy found Noble Plastics she shared a fantastic story about running into a former coworker of hers. “Funny thing, I was at the grocery store and someone that I worked with at my previous place was working at Noble and we ran into each other and talked for about 45 minutes. When he was leaving I was like ‘Hey I live right there, if y’all are ever hiring, give me a buzz’ and shortly after he called and said ‘I think you should come talk to Scott and Missy’. We had coffee and visited and Aimee interviewed me and just showed me some things they were working on. I had gone on vacation right after that, and on the way home I was like ‘I’m gonna call them and see what’s going on’ and it all just unfolded. So, I wasn’t looking for a change but it was a great move for me!” Sandy has been such a formative part of our team and the impact on our cooperative culture. “I think that we try to work hard but still have a good time y’know? I like everybody that I work with and that makes a difference; when you’re happy at the place (you work) and enjoy what you do. You’re here for quite a bit of hours in the day, so it definitely aids with that.” When she’s not at work or attending her daughter’s volleyball games, Sandy likes to fish and enjoy her time outside. Thank you, Sandy, for keeping our operations running and bringing joy into the office with you every day!

One of the things we love about being a manufacturer in Louisiana is the culture that we are surrounded by. No matter the time of year, there is always a festival or celebration in the state, and right now we’re in our state’s largest festival season of Mardi Gras! King Cake, krewe balls, and parades have filled our days since the beginning of the month as we get closer to Mardi Gras Day ?????? Our office will be closed March 3rd and March 4th so that our team can celebrate this local holiday with their families! Last week we attended the Authorized System Integrator Conference held by FANUC America Corporation in Orlando! We always look forward to attending to connect with our fellow integrators that we don’t have the opportunity to see often. Hearing from Fanuc America’s team about the ways they’re ready to support their integrators’ success in the coming year reaffirms why they are the global leader in industrial robotics.
