NNN Academy (nnnacademy.com) NNN Academy is NNN Capital's college program that teaches students how to analyze, underwrite & transact triplenet properties. Though the program has been around for ten years, has seen 33 different classes with over 170 graduates, it is only recently that it has been formally packaged into “Academy” form.
