The nniMethodology provides an effective and inclusive approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). It empowers coaches (and others) to move beyond the fear of ‘doing or saying something wrong’ and supercharges?their capacity for inclusion. No one person can?see the ’full system’, or all situations and perspectives at once, this is impossible. However, we can learn how to ‘hold the view of the ever emerging whole’, by including every voice as they appear. This is a basic principle of ‘inclusion’ but goes far beyond identity markers.??Challenges you might witness or face as a facilitator or coach working in diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging are made infinitely?lighter and easier to address. Using the nniMethodology the coach becomes an advocate for the emerging wholeness of the system, supporting the marginalized voices (institutional and contextual), moment by moment. This helps the coach sidestep the pitfalls of reinforcing a victim-triangle in a system. It supports them to remain connected to the fluidity and layers of inequality in any system and calls the system forth to do its own re-structure.?
