Northwest Neighborhoods CDC invites nominations for Board members who wish to serve in support of NWN's mission, vision, and strategic goals. Anyone who would like to run for a position on the Board of Northwest Neighborhoods CDC must be a member and must notify the Board President at [email protected] at least 90 days prior to the Annual Meeting. Nominations for the Board of Northwest Neighborhoods CDC are due by Saturday, November 30, 2024. In a partnership with Northwest Neighborhoods, we're pleased to announce our next Financial Literacy Seminar. ?? Titled "Protecting Yourself From Identity Theft", our financial experts will help attendees sharpen their money management and online safety skills.

We’re so proud of the progress of our Eviction Diversion Initiative, which has a 100% success rate in more than 50 cases. This program attempts to provide alternatives to eviction. Some of those solutions include payment plans for renters who are struggling financially, intervention for those having disputes with neighbors, and providing assistance in filling out forms for tenants who forgot to reapply for rent subsidies. We're so happy that the program is successfully preventing eviction by proactively offering support and solutions. https://lnkd.in/d92n_f8x

We're celebrating on Aug. 27 because new partnerships have pushed Karam Senior Living forward for 2025 construction! The dream of affordable apartments with Cleveland Public Library's Walz branch will finally become reality!
